Anna Paullin-Fish
I am the owner and operator of Revery Counseling Services, PLLC, doing business as Revery Healing Works, PLLC. I am a mental health therapist who provides services via telehealth to Washington residents age 18+ . I am also certified Reiki master level practitioner with both virtual and some in person offerings. I graduated with my master of clinical social work degree from Walla Walla School of Clinical Social Work in 2010, and have over a decade of social work experience with diverse populations. I began my journey into private practice in 2023 and continue to grow. Each person has a unique story which I feel honored to support and be a part of.
Hello and welcome! Are you looking for relief and support in managing your feelings of stress, burnout, anxiety, depression? If you find yourself questioning how you will cope with life transitions, symptoms of ADHD, trauma, stress, self esteem, loss, or sleep issues, I want you to know that you're not alone. I would love to hear from you.
I serve individual adults via telehealth who would like to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, relationship or career stress, eating disorders, life transitions, or other related issues. I use an integration of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, somatic experiencing, and cognitive processing skills.
My therapy sessions are done virtually by telehealth, and my hourly rate is $135. I accept the following insurance policies:
Regence, Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, Kaiser Permanente Northwest, Cigna, Cigna EAP, United, Premera, United EAP, and United Medicaid insurance. I also can make sliding scale options available for private pay.
Reiki is a form of energy-based healing modality which promotes relaxation, reduces stress and supports healing. Originally founded in Japan, recent studies have shown that Reiki helps to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, which is why some clinical settings are adopting Reiki for their patients.
Do you manage chronic health or pain issues? Are you using palliative or hospice care? If you are a Medicaid or Medicare recipient, I offer sliding fees to help reduce barriers to services. And of course, all are welcome to reach out with questions regarding services and booking.
Reiki sessions are done both in person and virtually. Gift certificates are now available. Pricing is as follows:
